H&J Martin Asset Management Services carry out responsive building maintenance, planned/preventative maintenance and small minor works which include mechanical and electrical works, building services, construction, roofing, joinery, flooring, window and door repairs, painting, glazing works, grounds maintenance and other specialist works.
As part of this contract, we have also provided Asset Management services including Asset Tagging and QR tagging core assets throughout the airport allowing us to provide asset analysis and review to assist the airport with future life cycle spend.
