Awarded by Allstate Insurance this project involved the internal refurbishment of an existing office on the 4th floor of 9 Lanyon Place, Belfast. The building and 4th floor remained occupied throughout the contract with the works carried out in 3 phases to minimise disruption to the operational offices.
Works involved the strip out of existing M&E equipment, suspended ceilings and the existing flooring and the erection and alterations to partition walls. M&E installation and alterations, including the installation of plant on the roof will form part of the works.
In addition the works will involve the installation of a new kitchen, new floors and suspended ceilings, raised access flooring as well as the installation of loose fixtures and fittings. Extensive joinery works, painting and decorating formed part of the completed works.
The above works was repeated over the 3 phases of the project with works isolated from office staff at all times.
