H&J Martin Fit Out completed works on a 3 week contract for Harris & Hoole to carry out an office fit out in Chiswell Street, London. The contract included first and second floor refurbishment and minor demolition works.
Works consisted of the installation of kitchen facilities, office furniture, lighting, fittings and associated services. Refurbishment of carpets and suspended ceilings was carried out. Installation of new walls including a curved timber feature wall and Shiplap boarded feature wall. In addition, Signage, Cabling and Drainage were undertaken.
All works were carried out in an occupied building with restricted access to the address.
