Services included in the Property Maintenance Contract is for the provision of building, mechanical, electrical, design and other related specialist services associated with Planned Preventative Maintenance Work, Response Maintenance and Minor Works across the South West region.
Reactive maintenance is a 365 day/24 hour service with a minimum 2 hours response time.
Minor Works projects including building, mechanical, electrical, and/or specialist construction works projects up to £500k.
