H&J Martin Fit Out were engaged by the Global Legal Group Pinsent Mason to Fit-Out heir new Belfast office, located in the newly built Soloist Building at Lanyon Place.
The contract comprised of extensive works to complete the shell and core including re-roofing and ensuring the structure was finished to the highest standard
Works included the complete fit-out of the 3rd & 4th floors involving creation of office and meeting room space as well as access, reception, welfare and circulation areas. IT & AV were an important part of the services integration into the building to ensure a modern technological environment.
The works were completed on time and to budget and were finished to the high level of build quality expected by a company of Pinsent Mason’s stature.
