The Cloisters Project was a mixture of townhouses and apartments. The area is close to Queens University and the architect used that link as inspiration for the traditional university design themes throughout. The design concept was based around a courtyard development with Cloister entrances to multiple units. There are a number of security design features built into the project making the project one of the few residential developments to have been awarded the Secure by Design Award.
The construction is a traditional cavity wall with timber trussed roof structure complete with tile covering. The units are heated by a gas energised system and was fully completed to a turnkey finish.
