Located on the site of a former builder’s yard and brickworks, the first phase of this high-quality residential scheme is currently under construction and due for completion in March 2020.

The buildings are constructed in traditional red clay brick as a nod to the areas heritage with reclaimed old ‘Belfast bricks’ being utilised in feature walls and pillars throughout the development.
Phase 1 has been forward sold in its entirety to Choice Housing Ireland Ltd. H&J Martin are the appointed contractor the deliver construction.
A planning application has been submitted for Phase 2 of the development where a further 15 units are proposed.

- At the turn of the 19th Century the Ormeau Road had Seven large brickworks producing in excess of 120,000 units per day of what became known as the Belfast Brick.
- The brickworks development is located on the site of the former H&J Martin yard who were the largest manufacturer through their Haypark Brickwicks and Prospect Brickworks.
