The Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) team at H&J Martin Asset Management Services, part of Lagan Construction Group, recently completed the installation of Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioning Systems within Vodafone Dundonald, Northern Ireland.
The new power inverter R410A systems replaced the existing direct online R22 systems providing the client with an energy efficient economical solution to their cooling requirements.
The works were performed within a data centre, this was a critical environment which required careful management from our team and liaison with the client. The provision of temporary cooling throughout the works along with staged shutdowns of the existing equipment was a necessity. The works performed by the HVAC team included all mechanical, electrical and building works associated with the installation.
