Lagan Construction Group have been shortlisted as finalists in the Irish News Workplace & Employment Awards for 2015. The award category, “The Best Place to Work” in a Large Organisation, is presented to organisations which have created an outstanding workplace based on a set of values that has led to a committed, effective and motivated workforce.
Lagan Construction Group picked up the award for “Best Place to Work” in a Large Organisation at the 2014 awards, having demonstrated excellence in motivating and developing employees in a healthy and inclusive workplace which offers opportunities for all.
The awards, now in year nine, recognise the top-performing companies and organisations across every sector of the field of employment in Northern Ireland, both at home and internationally

There are nine categories up for grabs in 2015, covering all the key areas of workplace. The winners will be announced at a gala awards dinner in Titanic Belfast on 17th June 2015, hosted by BBC presenter Karen Patterson.
