William Cooke, Rig Operator, for FK Lowry Piling has been recognised by our Client PJ Hegarty for our positive safety culture at the Spencer Dock Project in Dublin.
William was nominated for the PJH Positive Safety Award for January 2019 being recognised for meticulous control of vehicle movements, maintaining the piling rig high risk exclusion zone and spotter for the concrete hose on the ground and around the auger drill.
William Cooke was formally recognised for his outstanding safety contribution to the Spencer Dock North project on Wednesday 22nd January 2019 and requested his prize be donated to a children’s charity fund. Due to William’s kind generosity, PJ Hegarty kindly arranged breakfast at the local East Road café for the FK Lowry Piling Team.
